Description: The primary goal of this grant opportunity is to provide technical assistance to Wisconsin communities and community-based programs to improve their ability to keep women and children safe and hold perpetrators of crimes of violence against women accountable. This grant opportunity emphasizes improving the quality of services available to victims.

- Project End Date: March 31, 2011. (Wisconsin has requested an extension for Recovery Act funds which would allow projects to operate beyond this date. For now, applicants should develop budget plans that end 3/31/2011 with the option of an extension pending federal approval of OJA’s extension request.)
Anticipated Funding Amount: $261,497
Match/Cost Sharing Requirement: None
Eligibility: The Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WCADV) and the Wisconsin Coalition against Sexual Assault (WCASA) are the only eligible applicants.
