Description: Funds will support staff and operations at the state of Wisconsin’s two fusion centers: Southeastern Wisconsin Terrorism Alert Center (STAC) and the Wisconsin Statewide Information Center (WSIC).

Eligibility: The City of Milwaukee Police Department, the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice are the only eligible applicants for the following maximum award amounts:
- Milwaukee Police Department: $750,000
- Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office: $90,000
- Wisconsin Department of Justice: $725,000
Eligible Expenses: All expenses must be new and cannot replace existing state or local government funding. Substitution of existing funds with federal grants (supplanting) will be the subject of monitoring and audit. Violations may result in a range of penalties, including suspension of current and future funds under this program, suspension or debarment from federal grants, repayment of monies provided under a grant, and civil and/or criminal penalties. Grant funds may be used for personnel, employee benefits, equipment, supplies, travel/training, consultant/contractual assistance and other operating costs associated with the STAC and WSIC intelligence fusion center operations.
