Grant Title: HS State VOAD Conference
Description: This grant will be used to establish a fiscal agent for the purpose of conducting the State VOAD Conference. The recipient organization will receive and disburse conference-related funds and submit reports as required by the Office of Justice Assistance.

Anticipated Funding Amount: A total of $16,375.51 is available from 2006 Citizen Corps grant funds. A single grant award will be made for a maximum period of one year. Continued funding beyond this period is not anticipated.
Match/Cost Sharing Requirement: None.
Eligibility: Western Technical College is the only eligible applicant for this funding.
Eligible Expenses: Funding may be used for personnel, employee benefits, travel/training, supplies and other operating expenses, consultants/contractual and other. All expenses must be new and cannot replace existing state or local government funding. Substitution of existing funds with federal grants (supplanting) will be the subject of monitoring and audit. Violations may result in a range of penalties, including suspension of current and future funds under this program, suspension or debarment from federal grants, repayment of monies provided under a grant, and civil and/or criminal penalties.
