WIBRS - Contributing Agencies

The State of Wisconsin began participating in the FBI's National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) in 2005. Since that time, over 65 local law enforcement agencies have been certified to participate in the State's version of the program (WIBRS). A long-term goal of OJA is to implement this program statewide, thus enhancing the state’s ability to produce more detailed, accurate, and meaningful data than the traditional summary reporting.
