The following volumes provide details on the Wisconsin Incident Based Reporting System (WIBRS).  This reporting system, while still optional in Wisconsin, should be viewed as the eventual replacement for summary UCR reporting.  The following volumes should be used by participating local jurisdictions within the State as standards for submitting data to OJA according to specifications.
